Your NGTeco terminal already records every punch. ClockIt turns those punches into schedules, overtime, approvals and payroll-ready reports — connected over ADMS, with no PC, no static IP and no new hardware.
NGTeco Office captures attendance, and it does that job. Running payroll from that data is a different problem — it needs rules, approvals and exports.
Publish rosters and compare planned hours against what the clock actually recorded.
Daily and weekly overtime, unpaid breaks and rounding applied automatically.
Managers approve timesheets and time-off requests in the same place.
Hand your payroll provider a clean file instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Several terminals, one dashboard, real-time view of who is on shift.
Field staff clock in from the app while on-site staff keep using the terminal.

The NGTeco TC1 is a cloud time clock supporting face, fingerprint, PIN and RFID verification. It ships tied to the NGTeco Office app, but because the device speaks ADMS you can point it at ClockIt instead and get scheduling, overtime rules, approvals and payroll-ready exports the stock app does not provide.
The NGTeco TC2 is a compact dual-band Wi-Fi time clock with face and fingerprint verification for up to 100 employees. Connected to ClockIt over ADMS, every punch lands in the cloud in real time instead of sitting on the device until someone exports it.
The NGTeco TC3 is NGTeco's largest-capacity cloud clock: a 4.3-inch touchscreen terminal with four punch methods and 500-user capacity. It is the model most likely to be outgrowing the stock NGTeco app, and the one that benefits most from ClockIt's shift scheduling and overtime rules.
The NGTeco TC4 is NGTeco's entry-level Wi-Fi fingerprint clock for up to 100 employees. It is often a business's first time clock — which is exactly when the stock app's reporting runs out. Pointing it at ClockIt adds approvals, leave tracking and payroll exports without buying new hardware.
The NGTeco TC5 is a face-only cloud time clock for up to 200 employees, built for environments where staff wear gloves or cannot touch a sensor. Connect it to ClockIt over ADMS to pair contact-free punching with real scheduling and overtime calculation.
The NGTeco TC7 offers 500-user capacity with face, fingerprint and RFID verification at NGTeco's lowest per-user price. Businesses that buy it are usually scaling past what a basic attendance app can handle — ClockIt over ADMS gives it shift schedules, approvals and payroll-ready reporting.
The NGTeco K4 is a Wi-Fi fingerprint time clock for up to 100 employees that also offers TCP/IP and USB. The wired option makes it the easiest NGTeco model to put on a stable office network before pointing it at ClockIt over ADMS.
Join the terminal to Wi-Fi or plug it into Ethernet if your model has a port. Most NGTeco models are 2.4GHz-only — the TC2 and TC3 also support 5GHz.
On the device, open Menu > Comm > Cloud Server / ADMS and enter adms.clockit.io (or the address shown in your ClockIt account).
Open Time Clock > Biometric Devices, click "Add Device" and enter the serial number from the back of the unit. Punches start arriving immediately.
Yes. NGTeco's Wi-Fi terminals support ADMS, the push protocol used across ZKTeco-family hardware. Set ClockIt as the device's cloud server and it sends punches to ClockIt directly — you manage employees, schedules and reports in ClockIt instead of NGTeco Office.
Any NGTeco terminal with a network connection and a Cloud Server / ADMS menu option — that covers the TC1, TC2, TC3, TC4, TC5, TC7 and K4. The AS10 is a USB-only offline terminal with no network interface, so it cannot push to ClockIt or any other cloud service.
No. ADMS is push-based, so the device opens the connection outward to ClockIt. It works on ordinary broadband or 4G with no static IP, no port forwarding and no always-on desktop software.
No. Biometric templates stay on the device. You map its user IDs to your ClockIt employees once and existing enrolments keep working.
No. You own the terminal outright and ClockIt charges no per-device fee. ClockIt is priced per employee, and you can connect as many NGTeco terminals to one account as you need.
Yes. Multiple terminals across multiple sites can push to the same ClockIt account, so a single dashboard shows who is on shift at every location in real time.
If your terminal has a network connection and a "Cloud Server" or "ADMS" option in its menu, it will work with ClockIt even if it is not listed above.
