Already own a TC5? Connect it to ClockIt over ADMS and get scheduling, overtime rules, approvals and payroll-ready reports — without replacing the hardware.
The NGTeco Office app is built to capture punches, and it does that well. What it does not do is run your week: it has no shift scheduling, no overtime or break rules, no approval workflow, and no payroll-ready export that a bookkeeper can actually use. Most TC5 owners hit that wall the first time they try to run payroll from the data.
The limitation:
Capturing attendance is not the same as calculating pay. Without rules for overtime, breaks and approvals, someone still rebuilds the timesheet by hand every pay period.
The NGTeco TC5 supports ADMS — the push protocol used across ZKTeco-family hardware. Set ClockIt as the device's cloud server and every punch arrives in ClockIt in real time. You keep the hardware you bought and change only the software behind it.
Connect the TC5 to your network. Note that its Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz only — make sure you are not joining a 5GHz-only SSID.
On the device go to Menu > Comm > Cloud Server / ADMS and set the server address to adms.clockit.io (or the address shown in your ClockIt account).
In ClockIt open Time Clock > Biometric Devices, click "Add Device" and enter the serial number printed on the back of the TC5.

Yes. The TC5 supports ADMS, the same push protocol used across ZKTeco-family hardware. Once you point it at ClockIt's server address, the device sends punches to ClockIt directly and you manage everything from ClockIt instead of the NGTeco Office app.
NGTeco Office covers basic attendance capture. ClockIt adds shift scheduling, overtime and break rules, leave and time-off tracking, timesheet approvals, multi-site management and payroll-ready exports — the things you need once you are actually running payroll off the data.
No. ADMS is push-based: the TC5 opens the connection outward to ClockIt, so it works on ordinary broadband or 4G with no static IP, no port forwarding and no always-on desktop software.
No. Biometric templates stay on the TC5. You map the device's user IDs to your ClockIt employees once, and existing enrolments keep working.
No. You own the hardware outright — ClockIt does not charge a per-device fee. You pay for ClockIt per employee, and you can connect as many NGTeco terminals as you need.
Connect your existing NGTeco terminal to ClockIt and start running schedules, overtime and payroll exports from the punches you are already collecting. Free for 14 days.
