“Great time punch application”
We really liked that the free version allows for accurate time tracking for those on a budget. Looking at the paid versions you get some serious value for your money. The user interface is smooth and allows for lots of different reporting.

“Simple, Reliable, and Efficient Time Tracking”
What I liked most about Jibble is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The interface is clean, making it simple for both employees and managers to track time without a steep learning curve. The clock-in and clock-out process is quick, and the mobile app works reliably, which is especially useful for remote and field teams. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and attendance tracking features, as they make payroll preparation and productivity monitoring much more efficient. Overall, Jibble provides an excellent balance of functionality, ease of use, and value, making time tracking straightforward for teams of all sizes.

“Jibble: Efficient and User-Friendly Time Tracking”
While the User Access levels are functional, I would appreciate even more granular control over specific permissions for different team roles. Also, the Leave Management module is solid, but navigating the approval workflow took a small learning curve during the first week of setup.

A closer look
ClockIt
ClockIt is an employee time clock and attendance platform that pairs a web and mobile app with physical biometric terminals. It is one of the few products in this category that talks to fingerprint and face terminals directly over the ZKTeco ADMS push protocol, so punches from a wall-mounted device land in the same timesheet as mobile and kiosk punches. Scheduling, leave, overtime rules and payroll-ready exports are included rather than tiered, and there is a free plan you can start on without talking to sales.
Strengths
- Works with ZKTeco and eSSL biometric terminals over ADMS — most competitors are software-only
- Scheduling, PTO and overtime rules included rather than gated behind a higher tier
- Free plan, self-serve signup, no demo call required
Limitations
- Smaller review base than the category leaders
- Not built for client billing or invoicing workflows

Jibble
Jibble's pitch is a free-forever time clock with facial recognition and GPS, run from a phone or tablet acting as a shared kiosk. The face verification is software running on the device camera rather than a dedicated biometric terminal, which keeps hardware cost at zero and makes it a common pick for small teams that want to stop buddy punching cheaply. Paid tiers add automation, approvals and deeper policy controls.
Strengths
- Free plan that includes face recognition and GPS
- No hardware purchase required for verified punches
- Fast to roll out on devices a team already owns
Limitations
- Device-camera face recognition is less robust than a dedicated terminal
- Capterra lists pricing as contact-vendor rather than published
